Outstanding Balance Students with an outstanding balance, including the John Paul II High School ReEnrollment Contract Plan Selected, dining hall account, applicable senior fees and technology fees, will not be allowed to take exams, attend classes or receive a report card/ transcript until payment is made in full. Furthermore, the student will not be allowed to return to class at the start of the new quarter until the balance is paid, in full. Any student returning to class with an outstanding balance will be sent to the office and parent(s) will be called to pick the student up from school. As a general reminder, seniors must be completely cleared of all financial obligations in order to participate in graduation and receive final transcripts. The following late fee schedule will apply to all past due tuition accounts.
Tuition Late Fee Schedule 1-5 days past due $100 6-10 days past due $100
For example, on the 9/1 due date, if the quarter is not paid in full by 9/1, from 9/2-9/5 there would be $100.00 in late fees added. If the payment is still not paid by 9/6-9/10 there will be an additional $100.00 added and on 9/11/21 the student would not be allowed to attend classes. The remaining quarters will work in the same format.
*It is our sincere desire that none of these steps becomes necessary, particularly the final step. Nevertheless, we will adhere to the above schedule in our effort to be as consistent as possible among all families.
